1. General Projects Products:

Warranty Period Time: 

SmartLitek regularly provides 3 years warranty(Internal Driver Products) or 5 years warranty(External Driver Products). The start time of warranty period is from the date of delivery.

Quality Control: 
Through more than 10 years experiences, we have already been performing PPAP system. All of our products are 100% aging test before shipping. Defective rate is controlled 1% below(around 0.5%).

Working Action: 
1. We would replace/repair the defectives during the warranty period of time by some convenient ways. We may send the replaced goods together with next order. If customers have other China suppliers, we may send to them for shipping together. If urgent, we may also send directly as long term business customers and big customers.
2. For Project Markets, we would advise and consider to provide 1% extra goods for smooth working.

Properly Using:
All warranty items should be installed or used according to necessary Instructions, Datasheet, Guidelines or Notes.
